Essential guidelines

Fitting into existing work

Opulent works inside the processes, systems, and approval rules your organization already uses.

Understand and plan

Before execution, Opulent searches connected repositories and documents, answers grounded questions, traces dependencies, inspects prior work, and turns a request into a scoped plan. Ticket, message, file, and system integrations preserve the original context.

Use this phase to decide which source is authoritative, which systems and owners are involved, which work can run in parallel, which actions require approval, and which evidence will prove completion.

Use each context layer for the authority it can carry. The run workspace holds mutable working state. Accepted artifacts and named systems of record hold current deliverables and records. Knowledge carries approved facts and policy, Skills carry tested procedure, and Memory stays advisory. A correction should update the smallest appropriate layer rather than becoming a vague instruction everywhere.

Execute inside the current process

Opulent works asynchronously in its own workspace or on a Connected Workspace. It can prepare a document for approval, update a CRM through governed writes, reconcile finance records, create tickets, build an application, or open a pull request.

Work created by Opulent goes through the same controls as work created by a person. Existing branch protection, document approval, financial authority, data governance, and publishing rules still apply.

Verify before handoff

Opulent runs the checks that fit the work before asking for review. A checked workbook, a cited brief, a tested pull request, a recorded browser flow, or a reconciled system state gives the reviewer less to reconstruct.
